Artisan's Guarantee

Repairs & Replacements

We are dedicated to ensuring the longevity and beauty of your JPX
Jewelry piece through our repair, restoration, or replacement services.
Safeguarding your investment, we strongly advise obtaining insurance coverage
for your engagement ring, with Jewelers Mutual being our recommended provider.
Once insured, it's imperative to adhere to annual inspections by a certified
jeweler to detect any potential issues, such as loose stones. We are happy to
perform annual checks on your piece that will satisfy this requirement provided
you pay for shipping/handling or bring the piece to our studio. By fulfilling
these prerequisites, we commit to replacing any stones affected by regular wear
and tear throughout the ring's lifespan. Should a major stone (center or side)
be lost or if issues arise beyond typical wear and tear, it becomes the
client's responsibility to navigate their insurance process or pay out of
pocket. We stand ready to assist in refurbishing or replacing your ring using
the resources provided by your claim, ensuring a fair resolution at cost.

Service Requests

To initiate a service request for your JPX Jewelry piece, kindly
send an email to create@jeanpaulxavier.com, providing your name, the date of
your piece's creation, bill of sale, and a description of the issue you're
experiencing (repair/replacement). If applicable, please include relevant
insurance claim information. Once you've prepared your piece, securely package
it in a mailing box and ship via FedEx or UPS. Upon receipt, we will promptly
notify you via email. Within 10 days of receiving your item, we'll provide
estimates for the necessary work and timelines for completion. Additionally, if
applicable, we'll furnish a bill of materials for insurance claim purposes or
for payment for services outside our guarantee. With your approval, our skilled
team will diligently restore your piece to its original beauty, ensuring it
meets all JPX Jewelry standards. Upon completion, your piece will be ready for
pickup or prepared for return shipment. Customers are responsible for all costs
incurred in shipping the item to us, and we will invoice you for the cost of
return shipping.  Please not that any major repairs (adjustment to
setting, sizing, applications of heat, round of the shank or any adjustment
that shift the metals position) done to your piece by a jeweler outside of JPX Jewelry
will void your guarantee unless a repair is coordinated with JPX and approved.

Returns

Returns are accepted for JPX Collection pieces listed on our website,
provided they have not been personalized in any way and are in new, unworn
condition. They are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns outside of 10
business days of delivery will be ineligible. Please note, due to health and
hygiene laws, we are unable to accept returns on earrings. Returns are not
accepted for any custom or atelier pieces. If you are unhappy with your piece
in any way, please reach out to us at create@jeanpaulxavier.com and let us know
the issue you are having. We value and love our customers and the pieces we
create with them. We will do our absolute best to remedy the situation and
restore your happiness.
