RETURN
Returns are subject to JPX decision and can refuse a return for any given reason. Returns are not accepted for any Collection, Couture, Atelier or Bespoke pieces.

SHIPPING
We offer free domestic shipping. Collection Pieces are shipped in 4-6 weeks from date of purchase. Please note a signature is required for all deliveries and do not ship to PO boxes. Domestic UPS Express 2 Day Air and International FedEx Priority are the method of shipping used by JPX Jewelry.
REPAIRS
We are happy to repair items if they become damaged. Please send us an email at create@jeanpaulxavier.com with photos so we can assess and initiate a repair.
It is the clients responsibility to cover receiving costs for any repairs, returns, cleaning, inspections.
