How do I get started on ordering a piece?
Please email create@jeanpaulxavier.com and a member of our team will connect with you. To gain a sense of your vision, we will provide a design brief to be filled out as best as possible as a requirement to book in for an initial consultation with Jean-Paul. This design brief is a fun dive into your vision board!
How long does production take?
Our production timeline varies on the project and intricacy of each piece. There are four distinct experiences that Jean Paul
Xavier offers and below is a general estimate for delivery timelinesl
Atelier 4 – 9 months.
Bespoke Engagement 3 –6 months.
Bespoke varies on the project at hand.
Collection 4 – 8 weeks.
Can I visit the office in person?
Do you also work virtually?
If you are local to NYC or visiting, we would love to set up an appointment to discuss designs
and show you the stones in our Flatiron office. If not, a virtual consultation is just as comprehensive, where we would discuss concept ideas, present stone options and answer any and all questions you have.
What happens if I have an existing
piece and I would like to have the stone reset?
We love working with clients to reset existing stones into a beautiful heirloom piece. We are also happy to source additional stones for your custom piece (i.e., side stones for a ring).
What happens once the stones are
selected?
Once the stones have been selected, we require a 90% deposit to move forward with the production of your piece. Please note that we will ensure the stones in your curated selection are based on quality and market value.
