Social Media Manager | Full Time

Location: New York City, Flatiron District

selling tactics, we prioritize providing high-quality educational and inspirational content to those interested in fine and high jewelry. Our focus is on inviting our audience into the captivating world of jewelry creation, sharing the artistry behind our designs, and inspiring them with the exceptional pieces we create for our high-end clientele.


Responsibilities: As a Social Media Manager at JPX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping
our brand through engaging campaigns and personalized client interactions. Your
responsibilities will encompass:

Content Creation and Social Media Management:

  • Create engaging content that showcases our craftsmanship and aesthetic.
  • Discover inspiration from collaborating on unique atelier pieces and working with rare
    gemstones.
  • Collaborate in the day-to-day management of channel activities and maintain a
    consistent presence on social media platforms (IG, TikTok)
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and
    revenue.
  • Coordinate closely with the team throughout our design process to ensure seamless
    collaboration.
  • Generate regular reports on content performance and provide actionable insights for
    optimization.
  • Achieve key social and engagement metrics.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in social media or the jewelry industry, or ideally, both.
  • Preference for Graduate Gemologists.
  • High School Degree.
  • Artistic with a design oriented mindset.
  • Experience in supporting the development of successful designs/products/collections.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a personable and positive
    attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Content Creation and Social Media Management:

  • Assist in day-to-day channel management from ideation to execution; including creating
    social briefs, scheduling and maintaining an organized social calendar across platforms.
  • Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and
    revenue.
  • Work on social media marketing for JPX Jewelry, create engaging content to showcase our craft and aesthetic.
  • Posting regularly on social media platforms (IG, TikTok) to enhance our brand visibility and engagement.
  • Leading long-term ad campaign projects, conceptualizing and executing strategies to
    enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Collaborating closely with the team throughout the full ring design process, ensuring seamless coordination from story understanding to final production.
  • Work with Senior Social Media Manager to create weekly, monthly, and promotion based reports with top/bottom performing content insights and actionable takeaways.
  • Ability to hit key social and engagement metrics.
