Our bespoke design service, characterized by a highly personal and detail-oriented process, produces heirloom-quality jewelry that lasts for generations.

Instead of traditional marketing and selling tactics, we prioritize providing high-quality educational and inspirational content to those interested in fine and high jewelry. Our focus is on inviting our audience into the captivating world of jewelry creation, sharing the artistry behind our designs, and inspiring them with the exceptional pieces we create for our high-end clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES: As the High Jewelry Project Manager at JPX, you will work closely with the team in the following key areas:
PRODUCT DEVELOPEMENT & MANUFACTURING:
- Communicate effectively with contractors on project execution and due dates, and with vendors in receiving/retrieving products/goods/services
- Collaborate on creating specification drawings and documents for contractors
- Prep projects for production — creating job bags, organizing relevant materials
- Participate and assist in the retrieval and coordination of services and goods pertaining to each project, such as sourcing gemstones, metals, and other components
- Own and maintain the 3D printer and model preparation
- Capture details of the manufacturing process for client communication
- Prepare the shipping of samples and finished products to clients
COMPANY / OFFICE AD-HOC:
- Set up and break down client meetings, including collecting paperwork/data pertaining to each project
- Collaborate on creating and building out standard processes, reference documents, and checklists
- Assist in standardizing working processes for managing projects and associated timelines
- Take quarterly inventory of all on-hand materials and finished products
- Manage and maintain ordering of relevant office materials
- Handle day-to-day office admin tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the studio
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in the jewelry industry with a focus on manufacturing, product development, and design
- High School Degree
- Bachelors in a related industry: Fine Art, Industrial Design, Engineering
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a personable and positive attitude
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $65,000-75,000 annual salary

RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Resident Artist at Jean-Paul Xavier Jewelry, you will be an integral part of the creative process behind our high jewelry, leveraging your fine art background to design, create, prototype, and illustrate jewelry for our clientele. You will work closely with the team in the following key areas:
ARTISTIC DESIGN & ILLUSTRATIONS:
- Illustrate jewelry concepts and finished pieces in watercolor for client-facing presentations and marketing content
- Produce colored pencil illustrations to communicate design concepts, details, and finishes
- Sculpt jewelry designs and abstract forms by hand in clay and plasticine, translating concepts into three-dimensional models
- Build abstract and exploratory models to inform the creative direction of new pieces
- Leverage fine arts training (drawing, painting, sculpture) throughout the design process, from early concept to finished presentation
PROTOTYPING & PRODUCT SUPPORT:
- Learn and manage the studio's 3D printers to produce models and prototypes
- Support prototyping of jewelry designs, translating illustrations and sculpted models into production-ready references
- Participate in jewelry-making and engraving instruction to build hands-on knowledge of the craft
- Develop a working understanding of the jewelry industry and JPX's creative and manufacturing processes over time
STUDIO & OFFICE ADMINISTRATION:
- Handle day-to-day office admin tasks to contribute to the smooth operation of the studio
- Assist with organizing and maintaining art and studio supplies (watercolor, colored pencil, clay, plasticine, and modeling materials)
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Sculpture, or a related field
- Demonstrated skill across painting, drawing, and sculpture; a portfolio showing watercolor and/or colored pencil illustration alongside three-dimensional work is required
- An interest in jewelry and eagerness to learn the jewelry industry and its creative processes
- Willingness to learn new technical skills, including 3D printing and engraving
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a personable and positive attitude

FACET FLOW ROLES

ABOUT US: Facet Flow is an AI-powered software platform built on deep jewelry-industry knowledge, created to serve as an intelligent assistant for jewelry designers, developers, and manufacturers. Facet Flow operates out of the Jean-Paul Xavier Jewelry studio, a distinguished luxury jewelry design brand, giving the team direct access to real-world design and production expertise as it builds out the product.
RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Growth Manager at Facet Flow, you will work closely with the founder Sarosha Imtiaz and with the Jean-Paul Xavier Jewelry team to drive adoption of the platform among jewelry manufacturers, developers, designers, and customers. This is a hands-on role for someone enthusiastic about building in the startup space. The responsibilities include:
CUSTOMER GROWTH & SUCCESS:
- Drive customer acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention
- Own the customer journey from initial interest through onboarding, adoption, and renewal
- Lead customer demos, onboarding sessions, and product education
- Manage and grow the Facet Flow customer community
- Develop jewelry-industry training materials, tutorials, and use cases
PRODUCT & INSIGHTS:
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product enhancements
- Track growth metrics, customer behavior, churn, and feature adoption
- Identify customer success stories and turn them into case studies or marketing content
GROWTH & MARKETING:
- Test new campaigns, messaging, referral programs, and conversion strategies
- Manage customer communications, product updates, and re-engagement campaigns
- Support partnerships, events, webinars, and other growth initiatives
INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT:
- Work directly with jewelry manufacturers and customers on integrating Facet Flow's AI into their businesses
- Represent Facet Flow at jewelry trade shows, including related travel
- Build relationships across the jewelry industry to support the company's growth and credibility
- Work along side Jean Paul Xavier Jewelry to use their design skills to grow Facet Flow
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- Experience in a growth, customer success, or sales role, ideally at an early-stage startup
- Enthusiasm for working in a small, fast-moving startup environment and comfort with ambiguity
- Interest in, or willingness to learn, the jewelry industry and how AI can support designers, developers, and manufacturers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort presenting and running demos
- Data-driven approach to tracking growth metrics and customer behavior
- Willingness to travel to jewelry trade shows and industry events
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Annual Salary of $60-70,000
